Price lists to a cloud catalogue
A trading company in SE Asia ran pricing and ordering through a chain of Excel files: supplier price lists, markups, customer lists and purchase orders.
We scoped the work and are building a cloud catalogue and order flow to replace it. The supplier price list parser was checked against an independent copy with no mismatches.
A workbook that leaked its margins
A shared price workbook carried hidden cached copies of supplier cost and markup. Anyone holding a copy could work out the margin on every product.
Share a clean export, never the working file. If your spreadsheet gets passed around, it's worth a check.

Every project starts with a fixed-price scoping job. It takes 10 working days. We look at how the business runs today, agree what to change first, and give you a clear plan and a quote for the build.
If you go ahead within 60 days, the scoping fee is credited against the build.
